Through preschool piano lessons your child will learn so much more than just "how"

to play the piano.

The WunderKeys method books highlight the connections between music and math, thus providing your child the chance to explore numerical awareness, counting, and patterning.

Your child will also strengthen their bilateral abilities, develop fine motor skills, and coordination, important in learning proper pencil grip and letter writing.

Although the idea of practicing never seems exciting, it is such an important life skill.  Learning to set aside a time to complete a task develops both attention span and perseverance..  Such traits lead to the development of study skills which will be beneficial to home work completion and test preparation  as your child precedes through school.

  Additionally, having a foundation in piano often opens the door to interest and achievement with other musical instruments.

The greatest benefits, in my opinion, however,  are not measured by a report card, but instead  intrinsically.  Early exposure to musical instruction fosters a joy for music, and creates in children a great sense of pride and achievement.
