Preschool - Kindergarten Lessons

Welcome to Preschool Piano

For most of my preschool students, this is their first experience with one-to-one piano lessons.  It is so exciting for a teacher to aid students in building a musical foundation! There are many concepts young musicians need to learn before

they are ready to read notated music.

I use the WunderKeys Piano for Preschoolers Book series to build this musical foundation for my young students. This series introduces the student to 5 Wunderbie friends (one for each finger).  Each Lesson has an age appropriate Rhythm Rhyme,   Activity Page,   Teacher/Student Duet,   Math Activity   and Board Game. I begin each piano lesson with fun finger warm ups to build finger coordination and strength.

The Preschoolers Book Series builds on skills from previous lessons to provide fundamental musical concepts needed to begin your child's journey to piano playing.
